Spectacle Screenshot Capture Utility

Spectacle can now export to an animated WebP or a GIF (Noah Davis, 25.04.0 — Link).

This one seems pretty huge, if I’m understanding correctly - letting folks fit demonstrations of what’s happening into places that only support “image” formats?

If that’s your use case, sure.

By the way, GIF is a terrible and inefficient format. I only added it because I know a lot of people will want it anyway. Animated WebP is much better and all browsers support it. It’s basically WebP+VP8.
