Two or more pdf files with password. Add the file name in the password entry window.

I searched about this but could’t find anything. When opening two or more pdf files with password (e.g. in Dolphin, select pdf files and right click then open with Okular), the password dialog window doesn’t show the file name. It would be very helpful if the file name could be shown to put the right password.

Thanks for reporting. I just created a fix for it; will likely be in 26.12 release.

:grinning_face: :+1: thanks again for the quick reply and fix. I tested it with okular 21.12.1 (yes a little bit behind) and it works. I can’t test right now about opening as remote files.

Just as a report about opening remote file, I tried with fish protocol in Dolphin (not local connection, real remote two different machines), and for this type of connection Okular downloads the file to local /tmp with another name and that name appears in the password dialog window, not the real file name. But I think this is another problem, I’m very happy with the fix you provided, thanks again.
