I co-founded Wefayo (wefayo.com), a free platform serving people with disabilities and their families across the US.
I’m on Windows with a Lumina 4K Plus AI webcam, looking to record talking-head videos for our TikTok and Instagram in 9:16 format. I’ve gone through the docs and while they reference capture functionality, they don’t actually walk through how to record from a USB webcam on Windows, the instructions stop short of what I need.
A few questions:

Is USB webcam recording supported in the current Windows version?

If so, can anyone share the instructions or walk me through the steps?

Any recommended settings for 9:16 social media output?
