Use "Scaling mode" in Wayland

Hey there,

the laptop I current am on has a 3180x2160 display, however I do prefer using lower resolutions for performance reasons. Unfortunately the display panel on certain lower resolutions tend to glitch out.

Of course, I could use the native resolution and use fractional-scaling to get the desired size, however that still makes certain apps render at the full resolution (eg. Blender’s viewport), which is undesired for me.

On X11 I can use my desired resolution thanks to Scaling mode that I can set using xrandr, and so I was wondering, if it is possible to do that as well in Wayland on KWin?
