Waking up from sleep sometimes switches screen configuration to Mirror screen

I’m having problems that sometimes when computer wakes up from sleep it changes display settings from “Extend to left of primary” to “Mirror screen”.

Any way I could force using it only Extend to left of primary or disable “mirror screen” option?

I have HP ProDesk 400 G5 SFF i5-8400 so its’ gpu is integrated intel GPU.
