The formatting does not make sense. Why are there two temps for day and night (four for every day?). See below. It does not appear to be a wetter.com format as the website does not display forecasts like this.

The wetter.com website seems to report two numbers for each forecast for me, a high and low number. (They seem to be the highest and lowest hourly forecast, so the day numbers are the highest and lowest hourly temperature forecast for day hours, and the night ones are the same for night hours). They just place them in a row, rather than in columns.
You may be right, the website is a bit confusing being in German and Celcius. I was mostly basing it on the 3-day which only shows (1) high and low for each day, but below that in the detail there seem to be two temps for day and morning. I won’t file a bug report as this may be how they intended it
It’s not a bug, but it may be an opportunity for improvement - maybe this could be clarified using a row label (with something like the format-align-vertical-top / -bottom icons or even just / ).
