What is "Push Notifications" in system settngs and how do I disable it

I’m on KDE 6.5.5 and just noticed this Push Notifications panel in System Settings → Networking → Push Notifications

the panel says:

“Online Connected to the push notification server and operational”

Push provider: Ntfy

URL: ``https://unifiedpush.kde.org/

The Applications list has “neochat” in it, so I suppose this is like a RSS or similar thing. I don’t really use that. I occassionally use Akregator to read KDE news but it’s not on the Application list. I don’t use Neochat so how do I disable this. I don’t like having network connections like that up all the time. There is no apparent way to disable this in the panel. If I use the trash icon to delete the Neochat Application out of the App list, it just comes back.

I will answer my own question, I figured I could just remove the “neochat” package and then it took with it dependency “kunifiedpush”. With that gone there’s only a “plugin not found” error in the panel. Then I exited System Settings and restarted it, now the “Push notifications” panel itself is gone from “Networking”

So this is solved
