Hmmmm, how are you on 6.6.4 and not 6.7.x on F44? Something seems wrong with your package state, especially as the Kernel version is still recent, so I’d think weird issues between the version and new display drivers.
I would try a sudo dnf distro-sync and see if there’s dependency breakage or dnf wanting to downgrade some packages.
I will ask the package manager from Fedora 44

It feels like the Proton VPN repo has been removed for some reason while some packages still being installed.
Maybe try re-following the install instructions at How to install Proton VPN on Fedora | Proton VPN. You might need to pass --skip-broken and verify the transaction won’t remove some important packages for some steps. Then try again to update.
If things are still broken, you’ll probably have some luck asking on the Fedora forums.

Oh this could be it. Our IT - Security department is alergic to VPN and prob our FW blocks url with the letter V, P and N in them. Let’ts start VPN and do an update.
