I already gave you the reason why. Until this is not relevant (which it will never be) no, very unlikely.
That must change if we want to grow Linux market share which is part of the KDE community overreaching goals.
Linux users shouldn’t have to manage their daemons one-by-one by hand.
Those are conscious deliberated choices. People also say “systemsettings is bloated”, with this kcm not part of it anymore, a little less so.
You have a better state: systemsettings that don’t expose plumbing to regular users while still having a gui just less accessible.
Windows just does that.
We decided against an advanced mode in systemsettings long ago. That’s simply flawed design.
