Where would one (tacitly) notify KDE of potentially problematic conduct?

I recently had a fairly trivial reason to search for this information, [1] but wasn’t able to locate it. I have located some examples of previous conduct violations, of which bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=429408#c1 is an example:

*** Removed by KDE Sysadmin for violation of the KDE Community Code of Conduct ***

Additionally, I recall a ticket in which a woman was formally banned, too. These examples indicate that a process is likely documented somewhere. However, nothing as comprehensive as docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/#reporting appears to be publicly visible.

Apologies if my Google-Fu is merely poor.
