Why does spectacle's window border capture option not capture borders any more?

It’s labelled as if it should, but I don’t see how it does (any more):

ALl that I observe is the border around the corners. If it’s not obvious:

This began after bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=510982, I believe.

"Active Window" screenshot from Spectacle is missing window border on one side
