I use Citrix remote desktop fullscreen, and then use “ignore requested geometry” + position + size + keep on bottom window rules on “force” mode to keep it Fullscreen but give it a 2px gap along the edge which allows me to have a KDE Plasma on AutoHide available to slide out over it.
And it works great! But only if I re-apply it manually after the application has launched. Initially the application launches in full fullscreen, which means it’s full edge-to-edge and I can’t access my auto-hide Panel.
I’ve tried both “whole window class” and not matching, and neither fix the problem. I always have to wait for the application to open, re-open the rules, and then change something (anything) and click “apply” to force it to re-apply the rules that are already on “force” so I’d assume they’re already applied 100% of the time.
What am I doing wrong?
