Catch one strange windows behavior which I see last time in Plasma 5 on some operations with Activities, but this time after I found it running one of applications in wine (MyHomeLib). So after run this app in Wine all windows moving to background on mouse click (instead of moving to foreground). Nothing can restore their behavior other than logout and log in from/to KDE Plasma. Has anyone encountered this type of window behavior? What could this be related to?

I know I’m very late replying to this message. I have been having the same problem for a few months now, and this is the first post that I have found that describes the exact problem I am having.
This doesn’t always happen but sometimes after running a game in Wine, or epically when installing a new game. When I click on a window, (Wine or KDE window) the windows will move behind the other windows instead of to the foreground. As the original post states, the only was to fix it is to log out and back in or reboot.

Hi! Just checking in case it’s related, do you have any non-default settings on the System Settings > Window Management > Window Behavior > Window Actions page?
Settings are the same as shown in your screenshot.
Active window dodging behind the other windows is a bug either caused by or related to WINE, not a settings issue.
