Wrong indication of disabled sleep/lock in Plasma 5.27.11?

I running an early version of Gimp 3 on Ubuntu 24.04.

If a file isn’t saved in Gimp, in the power management popup I’m told that screen lock and sleep are disabled because Gimp prevents it:

But:

  • I’m told by Gimp developers that Gimp only prevents log out
  • This indication isn’t factually correct because I can indeed lock the system or put it to sleep.

Is that a bug or a feature?

Edit: The weird thing is that I can explicitly tell KTorrent to disable lock/sleep, and this doesn’t appear in the PM popup.
