+1 frame latency on moonlight only on wayland, cannot turn off vsync?

I have about 1 frame higher video latency on moonlight when using wayland compared to Xorg. In a different place I was told the following line will appear in system logs if tearing is enabled:

kwin_wayland[5358]: kwin_core: Changed presentation mode to KWin::PresentationMode::Async

However I don’t have such a log entry when searching in sudo journalctl -b. How can I force tearing on moonlight? allowing tearing is turned on in system settings, also I created a window rule that forces “allow tearing” on moonlight. I also tried using Xwayland by passing -platform xcb to moonlight. Neither of these helped. Specs of client below

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.18.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2
Kernel Version: 6.16.8-zen2-1-zen (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-5250U CPU @ 1.60GHz
Memory: 8 GiB of RAM (7,7 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: Intel® HD Graphics 6000
Manufacturer: Apple Inc.
Product Name: MacBookAir7,2
System Version: 1.0

Solved after system update. Now both Wayland and XOrg have 1 frame of latency which can be attributed to display response time. Host display is a 180hz gaming monitor running at 60hz while guest is a MacBook, Mac displays don’t have good response times typically.

Thank you for the update.

Glad it was resolved.

The problem appears to have resurfaced. 1 frame latency on Xorg, 2-3 on Wayland. Current system info:
