25.08 Dolphin - Create New Folder - No Popup off Existing Folder

I have Tumbleweed and just received the 25.08 update.

It seems the Create New Folder menu item no longer works when selecting it off an existing folder as the popup never displays. If you right-click empty space (root of whatever view), the popup will show up and work. Ctrl+Shift+N also works because of the long existing bug where keyboard shortcuts (that, CTRL+V, etc.) always operate at the root of the current view instead of the highlighted selection.

Anyone else experience this issue? Is it a problem with Tumbleweeds build or with 25.08?

I duped 5 minutes ago to 20250816 and all is ok.

The right click option works, Ctrl+Shift+N works. Now I need to try to disable the blue square…

You try to make a new user to see if is a problem with your current user?

I have the exact same problem. Same dolphin version under Arch Linux.

I can reproduce this issue on Fedora Kinoite, please report a bug at https://bugs.kde.org and I will mark it confirmed, thank you.
