Add chart as desktop widget?

Running plasma 6.0.4:

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0
Kernel Version: 6.8.9-arch1-2 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-Core Processor
Memory: 31.3 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT
Manufacturer: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.
Product Name: MS-7C35
System Version: 2.0

In the System Monitor, if I right-click on any chart, this option is shown: “Add Chart as Desktop Widget”. I would like to play with this, but can’t figure out what it does.

I don’t see any new widget on my desktop, and I can’t find any new widget in the plasma “Add widgets” dialog. Can anyone tell me what this is supposed to do?

I just tried it in

Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.18.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2
Kernel Version: 6.12.48-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor
Memory: 30.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor 1: AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE
Graphics Processor 2: AMD Radeon Graphics
Manufacturer: ASUS

and it works for me, it does add a new widget to the desktop with the sensor I chose to add.
I tried with the RAM sensor and this popped up:

It should be the same as adding a blank Monitor System Sensor from the Desktop Edit Mode and choosing which sensor to monitor (sorry for the Italian):

If nothing comes up for you, maybe the widget gets added to another virtual desktop page?

indeed that was the bug and fixed in 6.3
