I was looking for a way to add Bulk Rename to the right-click Open With -menu in Dolphin when more than one file is selected. This was relatively easy by using:
KDE System Settings File Associations and adding Bulk Rename under:
Application Octet Stream. See also: Creating Dolphin service menus | Developer and specifically the tip in the green area.
