Something that’s always kinda bothered me about KDE Plasma is the fact that I can’t drag and personally sort what I find least to most important.
Basically I feel like functionality similar to the Icons-Only Task Manager is

agreed.
as a work around you can disable widgets in the system tray and add them back to the panel as standalone widgets, and order as you please.
the spacing is way off when you do that tho…not worth it.
looks ok on my 1080p 13.3" thinkpad with 100% scaling, perhaps different things happen at different resolutions, icon sets, themes, scaling and so on. I noticed some odd things happening in a few places at 125%.
i don’t use scaling just the default resolution, but i also use small icons (breeze) and small spacing… so the space between each widget is more noticeable.
someday we will be able to sort them manually … some day.
