After the system starts, the cursor appears as black and white stripes.

To get help you will need to provide enough information so that people can help you.
For example what versions of what OS, etc are you using.
Same here I think. Here’s a photo of what I’m seeing:
It started when I upgraded from Plasma 6.5 beta 2 to 6.5 formal release (i.e. it was OK on beta 2)
The cursor is OK on the login screen (sddm)
The image is a photo because on screenshots the cursor is fine.
