Allow the user to "Quit" Discover

I’m unable to upgrade to Fedora 43 via Discover, because the banner merely disappears when I click the button to: [1] [2]

Consequently, I am updating via DNF5’s CLI. [4] However, plasma-discover continues to operate in the background, and I see no way to prevent this, [5] except by sending a SIGTERM. [6]
