Any fix to GTK3 combobox distorted view?

In any GTK3 app, when I click on any combobox it appears distorted

Only after moving mouse pointer and passing over top/down arrow, then it appears correct

NB: GTK4 with LibAdwaita don’t suffer from this problem.
