Perhaps this has been mentioned somewhere already, but searching for it has produced no results, but with the impending release of Ubuntu 24.04, this question has come up in other forums.
Yes, they will update to 24.04.
There isn’t a timeline, but all previous LTS upgrades have happened sometime from August to October.

24.04 is not even out yet. neon stays on latest LTS.
