Third-party widgets like this often need to be updated, though this one if pretty actively updated. You will want to make sure you have the current version, otherwise you may need to report this to the project.

It breaks using the Union beta theme. Works again with Breeze.

I know this is half a month old but I posted about a issue and have yet to even see triage being scheduled. See issue report below.

Shortcuts not staying in Favorites

There is something about Favorites sharing location withe with Favorites in the default KDE menu but I can find that now to post it.
