I just did a fresh install of KDE Neon on my new SSD drive, and I’ve been running into a new issue where programs will not open when I try to open them. For example, SuperTuxCart was installed via Flathub. When I try to open it, there is no loading icon on cursor whatsoever. Then, when I open System Monitor, it is open in the background and I am unable to force quit the application. This has happened with a couple programs now since I’ve had this fresh install, not sure what’s up.
Try starting them from konsole and see if you get any error messages.
Wow, no issues starting it from Konsole. When I try to start it from the application shortcut it still doesn’t launch, though. Also doesn’t start if I try to launch from Discover.
Each time I start the application (apart from Konsole), it starts a new instance in System Monitor. So I have a few instances of SuperTuxCart taking RAM only, and I am unable to quit the processes via System Monitor.
