Apply Breeze Light

I applied Breeze Light but as one see the window is still in dark. How do I apply Breeze Light?

How are Global Theme, Colours, Plasme Style interrelated? they all seem to change the colors.

All my windows are set to light. Here is my configuration:

  • Colour: Light Breeze
  • Plasma Style: Dark Breeze
