ASCII Art Characters Render as Braille Dots - Font Fallback Issue?

After installing many fonts from a Windows environment on my Arch Linux system, characters like the solid block are no longer rendered correctly. Instead of a solid block, it shows up as a Braille pattern with white dots and outlines, just like in the attached image.

This issue seems to be a font fallback problem, but I haven’t been able to fix it with the usual methods.

OS: Arch Linux
Trigger: Installing many fonts from Windows
Monospace Font Check (fc-match monospace): My system defaults to msgothic.ttc: "MS ゴシック".
KDE Settings: The system font is set to Arial.

Supplement: I already asked AI about this issue.
But it seems the information were old.
So I made this thread.

you can go into font management and deactivate the fonts you installed to see which one is causing the issue.

i found that installing roboto on my kubuntu system rendered all the text on reddit in heavy bold font until i deactivated it, and things went back to normal.
