so I am on Ubuntu 24.04 for now and one thing I noticed is that when I login it immediately asks for the PIN of my SIM despite the modem being disabled.
Is there a way to make it only ask when actually enabling it and trying to connect?
also ideally a setting to start with WWAN disabled would be cool.
Update (cant edit), okay when being a bit more careful with the method you use for FCC unlock, it at least keeps the modem off on boot, still asks for the PIN tho, also weirdly enough I cant manually connect to the Mobile connection it either has to be auto connect when enabling the modem, or I have to use nmcli, the “Connect” button just seems to do nothing, lol
