Hi everyone,
I’m using Calligra Plan to manage tasks and have a situation where two people must work together on a task. Their simultaneous presence is required, meaning if one is unavailable, the task should be delayed rather than being completed by the other person alone.
However, in my current setup, if one person is unavailable (e.g., assigned to another task or on leave), Calligra Plan assigns all the work to the available person instead of delaying the task.
I tried to :
- Assigning both people to the task.
- Checking different resource settings, but Plan still allows one person to complete it alone.
I saw the “Required Resources” option but don’t understand how to use it properly.
I need the task to be delayed if one of the assigned people is unavailable rather than being reassigned to a single person.
I initially tried the official pacman package on Manjaro.
I am now using the latest alpha version built from GitHub.
Is there a way to enforce mandatory co-assignment in Calligra Plan?
Or is there a workaround to ensure the task only progresses if both assigned people are available?
