At what point does Google Chrome start to scale beautifully?

After installing Google Chrome, it scales down to the left edge of the screen in the minimized state (square, I don’t really like it, because after restarting it doesn’t center on the screen, I’m used to it - windows in the center of the screen). If you expand it to full screen and minimize it again, it scales down in the same way squared.

After about a day of use, at one fine moment, if you expand it and minimize it, it starts scaling up like this:

Everything is very fine, I expect this, but it is very interesting and a question for the developers: at what point exactly does this scaling start working, if it does not work like this - immediately after installation?

p.s. the same behavior on other KDE distributions: KDE neon, Debian sid, ALT Linux 11 K
