These are my settings for (my) Sparda Bank. Even though I don’t use 946 it shows up in the list. Could well be that your Aqbanking/Gwenhywfar versions are too old.

KMyMoney: 5.2.70-6fd29ceb6 (master as of today - I live on the edge

AqBanking: 6.6.0
Gwenhywfar: 5.12.1
I just did a transfer and it still works as before. BTW: it depends which Sparda Bank. They are not a single institution and use two different backend services. I am on the Atruvia one.
