Big delay after click on plasma-shell?

Lately I’ve been having this issue where there is a big delay between clicking on a plasmoid on the shell and it showing the miniapplication. This only happens after first boot or after restarting the shell.

This is my system info:

Looking at your YouTube video, that is an issue with the hard drive? Maybe, i dunno.

Checking journald, whenever I click the volume applet after a restart I see

Invalid path data; path truncated.
