Does KGPG support signing and encryption at the same time? The gpg command-line supports this via this command:
gpg --encrypt --armor --sign
Kleopatra supports this, but I can’t find an option in KGPG.

Is there a reason you are using kgpg instead of kleopatra?
Not particular reason. It was just installed with Fedora and I rolled with it.
