Budget 2026 partially missing

I have just entered my Monthly Budget for 2026.

I am bewildered by the fact that July to December is shown before Jan to June in the “Budget “ section.

But my main problem is:

In the Budget section my budget is correctly entered from Jan - December and in the upper part of the screen all the figures are correct. Each detailed category has the full year figures entered.

When I use the Budget Report - Annual Budget the first six months are empty and only July to December are correctly shown. I have tried also Budgetted vs Actual 2026 and the January Actual figures are present but the budget Jan - June (inc) are empty and July- December are OK.

I have also noticed that the reportsof 2025 data show the same problem and this was not the case when I closed out 2025 at the beginning of January.

Your comments would be welcome.

Is there any chance that the start of your fiscal year got changed from January 1 to July 1? Is it possible that July-Dec is 2026 and thus shown before Jan-Jun 2027?

Many Thanks for your quick reply. That was it. I didn’t realise the option existed. I can’t think how that got changed but it was indeed the fiscal year set to start 1st July. Now everything is back to normal. Again Many thanks.
