Hi folks. Im using Ardour and Calf plugin . When i installed Calf plugin , Kdenlive showed calf plugin tools in effects section. I can use it tho.
But kdenlive shows this notification down-right side: Calf Reverb
[filter lv2.http^//calf.sourceforge.net/plugins/Reverb filter70] Not compatible with 2 channels. Requesting 3 channels instead."
How can i fix it ? What is 3 channel ? Should i handle it in Ardour or any way to fix it in Kdenlive . Thank you.

I get this same error with all the CALF plugins and with several others - I’m guessing it’s all plugins, not only CALF.
I only see the error when I apply the effect to the track. If I apply it to the clip, I don’t get the error.
Seems like a kdenlive bug, to me.
MLT 7.28.0 is currently still having problems with the AV filter. In the next version of MLT, probably in January, the problem should be solved. I don’t know if this will also solve the problems with CALF.
I used to be very interested in Calf - but I’ve never achieved anything with it. If you manage it, please let me know, I’d like to use it too.
Hello @Gotofourths, my alternative is CAPS C* Plate X2 - Versatile plate reverb, stereo inputs Try it out, I think it sounds very good.
