I use a Synology Diskstation and there is a sync client for Linux available that integrates with Nautilus - pleasant Surprise!
Now I would like the same in Dolphin! Those Icons representing the sync state and integration into context menu (which Spectacle did not capture, unfortunately)
Guess there is no way to have Dolphin use that nautilus extension dll thingy?
No, unfortunately Dolphin can’t use Nautilus extensions (and vice versa), because their code base is completely different…
While it might not be impossible to write a similar plugin for Dolphin, it basically would have to be written from scratch.
Dolphin has plugins for dropbox, nextcloud and others.
We could have some compatibility layer to reuse their plugin.
It seems in the Synology case at the least part of it is proprietary provided by Synology.
