I have 2 monitors and i want to use seperate desktops for them. When I go to the second desktop, the other monitor goes to it as well and I don’t want that.

That’s very sad news. I don’t get how can this not be possible.
Because nobody with the time, ability and interest has volunteered their time to jump into the code and figure out how to implement - and it would seem that no organization has decided that they need it enough to hire a developer to build it, either 
As mentioned in the bug linked by @Duha, there is a workaround that is to pin the windows you want to keep on your secondary screen to all desktops.
You could also pin the windows on your primary screen to all activities.
That way you can switch activities to change what’s on your secondary screen.
And you can switch virtual desktop to change what’s on your primary screen.
