Cannot launch accounts assistant, please check accountwizard is properly installed

Hello,

I use Kmail Version 5.22.3 (22.12.3) on a debian (bookworm) computer.
I have already three e-mail accounts installed months ago and they work.

Today i want to install a new e-mail account, using Configuration → add an account:

I got this error message: cannot launch accounts assistant, please check that AccountWizard is properly installed

How can i check this?

Can`t connect kmail normally too(but kmail said that importing is succesfull)

Can`t connect kmail normally too

my issue is not comparable.
i can use Kmail for the three accounts i configured months ago. I can receive and send e-mails for them.

Actually i am not sure that these two issues have similarities with my issue.
My issue is that Kmail interface doesn’t work regarding adding a new email account. I got this error message: cannot launch accounts assistant, please check that AccountWizard is properly installed
