I used to have an account on opendesktop.org, and have posted some comments (years ago). But recently, when I’m trying to login use that account, it would always report “Error 500”. I’ve tried to reset my password, but that doesn’t help.
Try also with a new browser profile, or try clearing your cookies and site data first… I’ve no problem opening either website and logging out/in again… but what you’re getting is a failure to access the webservice.
This is likely something between you and the website, maybe regional, or particular to your end of the connection.
Over the years there have always been a steady stream of people posting that this backend is very problematic, though direct access via browser never gave me issues personally.
Of course, then the next ubiquitous issue is the eternally amusing message:
Thank you for the information, I did not even know there is a forum for opendesktop.org.
However I’ve already tried login with a different profile/in incognito mode/a different browser, but there is no luck. I’ve also tried with a different device, with my phone, it does not work either. Also I’ve seen this error back in October, and have tired mulitple times since then, but it never worked.
I’m posting here because login to store.kde.org redirects to it, and hopefully someone in the KDE community may know the cause … So there is nothing I can do right now.
