Can't connect my phone to kde connect anymore

Hello,

I have been using kde connect to connect my phone (Fairphone 4 under Android 13) with my computer (multi-boot so Fedora 40 KDE, KDE Neon and Windows) without problems since months. Suddenly my phone isn’t recognized anymore. I have been travelling abroad one week without my computer but i don’t think it can be related. Any idea ?

When this kind of thing happens, first try creating a new USER and verifying that it’s not just your data.

After that, you’ll know it works (or not) and that you need to clean house - unpair and repair or whatever.

you mean on the computer ?

What are the symptoms? Is your phone listed in KDE Plasma Systemsettings>KDEConnect?
Are your phone and computer in the same local network?

My phone is indeed listed in system settings / KDE Connect. They are in the same local network.
But in my phone there is no other device to connect to.

What is the result of sending a ping to the phone?
Did you tried to unpair/pair the phone?
Did you tried ton uninstall KDEConnect on the phone (and suppress data and cache)?

I unpaired and paired the phone in system settings and it worked, thanks !
