I had the bad idea to upgrade, now downgraded to 20.08 and i am able again to resize all the panels in the interface, wtf is wrong with you developers ?
Distro? Versions? How did you upgrade?
It wouldn’t hurt to be a bit more polite, I’m sure the developers are not out to get you

22.12.3 also works very well and stable.
Kdenlive can always benefit from more testing and bug reporting during the beta phase. For 23.04 a beta was released but it seems not enough users helped out. Perhaps next time the community can count you in for testing …
