I found a solution finally. My laptop was not sending any files to my Realme 9i but was able to receive them. Changed the destination folder to KDEshare but still didn’t work. Here I was sending the files by opening the KDE app on pc but then realised that it I tried sending the file by using the taskbar icon it worked. So this is a type of workaround. Also can anyone tell me if there is a problem with the desktop software? The plugins button doesn’t work even if I click it. Installed it from microsoft store and website but still the same.
