Changing power management settings without effect

Dear Community,

I need your helps!

First of all my question:
How can I change the power management settings without using the KDE GUI interface (System Settings)? I mean, through editing setting files or through command lines in console?

Why do I like to know that?
Why any changes in KDE System Settings regarding power management does not take any more effect.

Since system installation (openSUSE Leap 15.5 with KDE Plasma 5.27.9) I set the power management as follow: neither screen Energy Saving, nor suspend session.

Two days ago I made some little changes in KDE system settings (appearance: colours, window decorations). Since this, the screen switches to dark after ca. 5 minutes inactivity and after ca. 15 minutes the system goes into suspend mode.

What I have done trying to solve it:
a) changed the power management settings: 15 min. for screen saving, 360 min. to suspend
b) changed the power management settings to default values and back to mine ones
c) applied the solution suggested on the thread Setting power management profile in Energy Saving does nothing. This means, changed the line in file grub2 as below:

 GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi_osi=! \"acpi_osi=Windows 2013\" mem_sleep_default=deep reboot=bios"

None of this attempts had effects of real power management!

I hope, someone can give me a good hint!!
