Charge limit - not setup values

Hi,

I’m running KDE 6.3.3 with Fedora 41. In the power management settings I can toogle on the charge limit option. But it’s seems it’s not working and I can not set up the charge limit values:

How can I fix this ?

Regards,

Hi - I don’t have one of those devices personally, but it looks like someone ran into a similar situation over on the Manjaro forums: Missing Setting to set battery charge limit - Support - Manjaro Linux Forum

The advice there to check the underlying values direct from the kernel might apply in your case, as it’s possible that it’s an issue that sits “below” the desktop environment in the software stack.

Although, for what it’s worth, at least one Lenovo representative had said that the Yoga Slim 7 doesn’t support setting a threshold: English Community-Lenovo Community

Some laptops support this feature but some others do not. First check if your laptop is compatible. On a Lenovo Ideapad I have the same issue on Plasma 6.1.5. On my Medion Erazer, the option is not available at all, on Plasma 6.3.3. A matter of Firmwares I guess…

Ok, thanks for the answers.

I close the case since it’s not a bug.
