my system :

Tried to :
-changed the kernel to LTS
-changed to wayland session
-Logged in from another user as it could be a config problem
-changed the themes to defaults
-stopped the Desktop effects
-changed the resolution and scaling
-reinstalled to OS and the fresh install comes with plasma 5.27 so there were no problem until I updated to latest and the problem appeared again >
Is this a real issue or just me ?!

PS: are you using kvantum by any chance?
Same issue here,
I’m using kvantum and I think he is using kvantum too this happened after I updated my arch
the theme I’m using is sweet dark with candy icons
I’m guessing that this is happening because transparent effect of the kvantum theme
I have had a lot of problems with KDE6 lately a lot of unpatched bugs and incompatibilities
[Update]
I managed to fix by downloading the fixed version of my theme Sweet-transparent-toolbar
github
EliverLara/Sweet/tree/ba5956dc1f9bb3f77788a848228735e3e9917da8/kde/Kvantum/Sweet-transparent-toolbar
and applying it to me kvantum.
this fixed a lot’s of problems including the ones that i mentioned earlier such as blur and transparent windows being buggy and slow and my menu having some weird shadows around it + being very laggy
