I have been playing around with plasma big screen on an old laptop as a new home entertaining system/smart TV setup and I love how far it already can go. But I do miss some user experience improvements, which would make the entry curve for non experienced users (f.e my wife or in my son). Right now the main input is a game controller and the virtual keyboard. While using steams big picture which has its own keyboard, a noticed a small detail that elevates their keyboard. They have mapped some controller buttons to specific keys and are showing the icon of said buttons next to the keys.
This would make the entry curve and general useability so much better.
