there are some cool terminal “features” that you might want to install.
Personally, I love
a) sl - if you type it in, a steam train will drive through your terminal
b) bb - an old but still nice AA demo
c) cmatrix - brings the matrix flow to your terminal
d) hollywood - this is my favourite. It will flood your terminal with melodramatic technobabble. So, if you want to look cool in a cafe or the tube, check it out… 
e) figlet - converts your text into ASCII art letters
