Correctly set up for heva?

Hi,
I have an amd rx 6700 xt card.
I just wanted to know if I set it up correctly, for heva, 60 frames, I don’t know the bitrate yet because I don’t know what it is in the OBS settings, but I think it’s 4000 kbps, resolution 1920x1080?
