CPU ISA level is lower than required

Today I downloaded Kate 26.04 nightly AppImage and it doesn’t run:

/tmp/.mount_kate-rKEKpAb/AppRun.wrapped: CPU ISA level is lower than required

Same with kdenlive.
Can I know why is CPU requirement raised?

Out of curiosity what does ld.so --help say is your ISA level?

it’s an old core 2 quad q8400 so it doesn’t have x86-64-v2
