Customize / replace lockscreen - perhaps xscreensaver

Running KDE on plasma in Debian Trixie.
How can I replace the lockscreen with something else?

  1. how to replace default
  2. What is available. (preferably in the Debian Trixie repos)
    I really liked xscreensaver in under X11
